Hotels round the world - Novotel/Nürnberg
Two stays in that hotel.
In june 2015, I had selected that hotel for its proximity to the train station, for its recent opening and the wireless connectivity claimed to be available free in all rooms.
An executive room was booked.
The executive room assigned on the fifth floor had no wireless connectivity (no network available on the 4th and 5th floors).
There were also continual loud noises from ongoing construction works at the upper floor.
I was then offered a "regular" room at the 3rd floor (with wireless connectivity).
The place is noisy (street with streetcars, back touching station tracks, ongoing works, elevators "ringing" at each floor, ...).
Earplugs are absolutely necessary.
Not a single towel was available in the room!
Housekeeping was not answering the phone, nor did reception. I had to go down to request towels, subsequently delivered, without however a "shower mat".
There were stains on the bathroom floor and on the shower floor.
Elevators are tricky as the need to use the room card is not signed well enough.
